At iPLAY FETCH! we stand by the quality of our products and our promise to you is a risk-free experience. Rest assured you will be looked after and if you have any issues or doubts do not hesitate to contact us.
We do not accept product exchanges.
Our 90 Day Guarantee includes Free Return Shipping (Australian Customers Only).
If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a replacement or full refund (shipping costs excluded):
  • Item(s) returned within 90 days of purchase.
  • Item(s) faulty or of unacceptable quality, damaged or defective (excludes used dog toys damaged by the dog during play).
  • Item(s) does not match the description or sample.
  • Item(s) are unfit for the intended purpose (i.e. does not do what it is meant to do).
  • Item(s) not delivered in a reasonable time frame.

      To complete your return, please fill out the form in the Order Return page.

      Please Note: We only pay for the return delivery charges for items returned under the 90 Day Guarantee and are customers who bought within Australia.
      Customers outside of Australia (USA & Canada) will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
      Always ship back the return package with a tracking number. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at wecare@iplayfetch.com.

      Sale items (if applicable)
      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

      As long as the proof of purchase has been emailed to us at wecare@iplayfetch.com (by you or your gift giver), we can still adhere to the Refund & Exchange Policies.
